My Scripts were stolen and are being used on another site. Can u ban the other account?

my site is avatarcentral.tk The script was stolen and was reuploaded by someone on avatarcentral.x10.mx. The scripts were mine and were stolen. Can this be stopped please?

It was stolen. A staff member can even tell my site is older. Just look when I made my account and when that one was made. The files are even an older copy. Notice on my site, there is a "User Creations" page and a "marketplace". The old one was just a single store. All the files were deleted when they got into my account. I think it was a staff member that became a traitor. It was PHP. I still have the files but I need that site removed since it's an exact copy.

By "a staff member that became a traitor", I am sure you are talking about your staff on your website.

It seems that the x10hosting staff has cleared it up.
