Well I would've wanted to give a second chance, but let's hit up a list here shall we?

WinGate 6.0.5 with key crack.rar. Illegal for sure.
vBulletin Forum 4.0.6. Illegal for sure.
Transload 5. Severe misuse of server resources.

That's all in addition to the shell script you claim someone uploaded. So don't expect to get unsuspended or unbanned any time soon - I'm taking it personal that you requested an unsuspension and made me waste my time looking to see who uploaded it, just to find you in violation of so many sections of the TOS.
