My service cannot terminate

I decided definitely end my service here. I click terminate service, says me my service will be terminated in few minutes but keeps active.

And an admin who be reading this, terminate it, and tell me how trash my account here. And if you can rebelsit.

Is 20:00 PM basically where I live and my service account basically keep active (and I clicked terminate on morning)

I cannot terminate

the services do not terminate right away as described.
and i think may take up to 30+ days.
