Thank you Kenny, I understand that, but is now my 1 year work lost for ever? There is no chance to recover it or reactivate the site and - for instance - go to premium?
Thank you again

Going to Premium would not restore data either as those are on different servers, those servers wouldn’t contain your service data.

I have asked to see if it is possible to restore it, not a guarantee, but it will take some time to review to make sure.

However, if your service is able to restored, upgrading to Starter ($11.95 USD)/yr or Premium, the inactivity rule will not apply. Currently, Starter users would need to request the inactivity rule be lifted.

Hi. I have a similar issue. I was inactive for 45 days, but I already logged in and changed the status. However, both sites are down (suspended). I can see my files in the file manager, so the data is there. Can you help me restore the sites? Thank you.

You should start your own thread. Piggy-backing on another thread can be easily missed.

Your site is loading fine at this time. Clear your cache.

Thank you very much for your reply; maybe I can dowload the data and re-uploaded them on the new premium servers. For the moment I will wait for the restore (let's hope). Thank you again.
