my site and cpanel are all down

I can't access both my site and control panel since the suspension was lifted. I've been trying it all day but they are still not responding I only get can't connect to site or network and timeout messages. Is it a problem with the server or my internet connection?

Your site looks like it works for me. I am assuming it was just a minor bobble in your internet connection.

When you get the time out error click in the address bar and press enter key again to refresh the page (works better than refresh button) also try clearing your history/cache. If this doesnt work try clearing your dns cache in Windows XP use the repair. I am using xubuntu linux so I just click on my network connections icon in my system panel and choose Wired Connection.
I hope this fixes your problem.

Or just try http://74.86.133.216:2082 and see if that works.

my site is still down, is it my version of php cause i have not changed it. Is there any body who can help me? my site was working now its gone and i have not changed anything on it so i know it is nothing this end. cheers
