My site and CPanel are inaccessable Help !!!

when i try to access my site at http://tropicalfishhobbyist.x10.mx I get this [h=3]Connection Problems[/h]Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

and when i try to connect to the CPanel i get this [h=1]Sorry for the inconvenience![/h][h=3]The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.[/h]

this is because there are to many people trying to connect to your website, they will need to change a setting if they can to fix this issue.

The OP's issue is with server "Level" disk space
