Works OK in Chrome. I think it looks good - nice and clean, professional looking.

On the 'construction' page, your image is too large for it's box and bulges out into the margin

And the links to some of the pages go to your 404 page if you click them on the navbar ('Links' and 'Library'), although they work OK if you go to them from the links at the bottom of the page.

All in all though it appears to be a good-looking, easy-to-read site, in my opinion.
