My Site dissapeared and FTP access has gone also.

My site has dissapeared from your servers, I can't log into the control panel and my FTP connection no longer works either. Interestingly, I can log into my user page, just not the control panel. And my bandwidth is at zero, and disk space used is 0 of 0.

I haven't had any messages regarding usage or misuse, the site is within guidelines. Please help.

I really dont know where to start as I can't log in to check whats going on.
