My site doesn't load/I can't log in to Account Panel

I can't load my website and I also can't log in to my account panel. I was on the Lotus server AD free so I think it is down.

Here's the message I got in the account panel:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

It appears to have been a temporary problem, does your AMP work for you now?
