My site doesn't work due MySQL error

I have two databases for site & forum. Forum works but site doesn't:"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".
I have dropped user for site database & then set it with all privileges but it doesn't solve issue.

nt.fris.x10hosting.com is in the remote MySQL but doesn't work: Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

Hi, I met the same problem, and my host is yrtea.x10hosting.com, and Server Name : fris, so i added the Remote MySQL host :int.fris.x10hosting.com. and it works.
Maybe you can add the "int.{your server name}.x10hosting.com" to your remote mysql host
