My site doesn't work here neither my cPanel

Here I can open it, the chrome always recieve this error after seconds of waiting, firefox throw a "The connection was reset" error.
I can't ever login to my cPanel
this is happening since like 3 months ago, I thought it was due to some migration issues but now i dont think so.

Please check it.
