my site & ftp is down

Hey my account/site http://www.clanws.x10hosting.com has been gone for 2 days now.
I was going through the ftp site and deleted some stuff... maybe its that?
And i also wanted to know IF there was a way to downgrade my account.
because i wont be using that much of your space.
I also didn't get the chance to find out how to put banners on a IPB forum, wich i have a licence for.
And also: is there a way i can change my domain name?
like: clanws.x10hosting.com to wombat.x10hosting.com ?

This has been the coolest web host i have ever used!
Real good speed for loading up my pages.
And i realy hope i would get the site back (doesn't matter if my files have been deleted.. i have them backed up here) and by the way.. i also changed my ip.. may it went down because of that?

maybe because your delete thing

use ur cpanel to access and find the bug

I'm not able to connect to my cpanel, my site nor my ftp.
I just asked a friend of mine to see if he can access it: and he is able to!
maybe my ip has been blocked?

FTP user and password are the same as your Cpanel login.

i'm going to change my ip to see if that works
there isn't anyone that can block my ip ?

EDIT: my internet provider doen't want to change my IP, because i already changed it 2 days ago. is there realy not any way my ip could have been blocked? or.. maybe can you guys delete my acount and make a new 1? (doesn't matter if the files go lost, i have a backup.)

yes, but it worked fine even when i had it.
we have this router fot about 2 years now, and i could still access the site.

The domain has been changed to: http://wombat.x10hosting.com/ but still i'm not able to connect to the site.
The strange thing is.. i can't get to any of your subdomains. i have tried some i saw here and there. but i'm not able to open them.. and i can open the mainsite!

When i use a proxy to connect to the site, i can connect to cPannel..
But now that domain has changed i have no idea what is the username and password.
who can i ask for it?

Edit your posts next time instead of triple posting. Reset your router, there should be a reset button somewhere on the back of it. This happens to me alot. Resetting it solves the problem.
