My site gone after being suspended?

Hallo, my site is gone after being suspended for fiew days. Can enyone help me? I posted unsaspend request and it was told me that my site is not working correctly. Acount was not unsuspendedd so i could not fix what was wrong, and i did not get any reply.
Now when i try to log in to my account i get the "Link your hosting account" request. I was on add free account?
I would apreciate any help, couse i have just fiew files that i really need from there. I have backup of rest of the files, just need those fiew. If I have to I will open new account, but I would be apreciated if i could get those files.

That link justs deletes any cookies the account management panel set on your computer and then it redirects you to the homepage.
