my site has been down for weeks (now it's off line)

At the moment my site is located on the chopin server. I can´t get into the cpanel either. when will it be back? I was not suspended before the change.
my site is http://softenglish.exofire.net/ my user is english/lenin (for cpanel)

Please go to the Account Panel

and try to change your password (it will make your Forum and cPanel passwords the same) and then see if you can sign into cPanel using
