hey guys i wanted to tell to you that my site teknologji.al is in albanian language.
Some of your staf tolded me you must have a english version 2.

am i breaking any rules now i wanna continue working my site and i dont want it suspended

Because you have provided a version of your site in both English and your chosen language, I think that would be alright.
However, another member of staff may be able to confirm this. It should be alright though
