My site is always down.... any ideas

my site worked fine for ages. it is a fifa community league. now when people try to get on it just comes up with connection problems on my screen, then the off time you can actually get on it. I have lost alot of members because of this and wondered if anyone could help.

The server you're on, Chopin, had some issues during the migration.

Chopin we had a huge delay in the transfers due to the DC accidentally disconnecting the server after we decided to keep it another month. Transfers are underway and we’ll update here as necessary.
