My site is damn slow...Help.

I installed wordpress via fantastico. I hosted it on freehosting. The site is http://www.techindia.co.cc. You can check it out yourself. Any minor help or even a reply telling what causes this will be highly appreciated..Thank you.

1. Enable CloudFlare (note that if you do this you need to use www.techindia.co.cc to access your site, techindia.co.cc without the www won't go through cloudflare)
2. Install the WP-SuperCache plugin
3. Disable every other plugin on Wordpress that is NOT named "WP-SuperCache" or "Askimet Spam Filter" (the more you disable, the faster your site will be)
4. Install and update plugins and Wordpress itself via uploading the upgrades manually in FTP and installing them manually, do NOT use the built-in auto-updater (or else your site may get temporarily suspended for High Resource Usage)

I am not asking that. I know all those basic tips. I already have everything done, that you told. What I need is to know how to increase my site's speed. I think its due to some server issues.
