My Site is DOWN !!! Plz help

My site is down !...after sm mins i recieved the following email :

what is the problem?
what should i do ?

Your site isnt down, Your hosting account has been deleted!

You somehow violated the 'Terms of Service'.

If you had the staic plan, you may have hosting content that isnt allowed.
If you were on the advanced or corporate plan, you need to display the appropriate ad that can be viewable on your webpage without having to scroll down.

The ads can be found in the zip file attached.

Note: You should never use copyrighted material unless you have permission by the rightful owner.
