Please log into your account management panel(not cpanel) and request a php upgrade to intermediate. The issues i am seeing are due to PHP and need the version 2.
Aslo you need to change the MySQL in your database to mysql.x10hosting.com you will then need to go and add this into your Remote mysql database just like this %.x10hosting.com
Then you should be all set.
