Your site is loading just fine for me. Due to the fact that the free servers are very heavily loaded with accounts and occasionally receive intentional and unintentional abuse from users some brief outages and other problems are to be expected sometimes. If you feel it is critical for your site to be up on a more consistent basis then you need to consider paid hosting.
