During the migration of the Absolut server all my site files seem to have gone missing. My site URL is arsenal360.x10hosting.com. All that remains in my www folder is a cgi directory.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dude,

If you will try to ping your website, you'll found that the IP Address is *.*.6.94 (I am not writing the whole IP).

This is the IP of new FRIS Server.

This means that your account is transferred successfully to new server and you should be happy for that.

Now, you should wait for the next maintenance that may be Cpanel Login or FTP or etc.

I am sure the transfer to the new server is a good thing. My concern is I can no longer see my site.

All I want to know is how long before my site will be online again, or what I need to do on my part to have my site online?

Thank you for your response.

Is there anyone who can offer some more assistance with this issue. Is there something I'm missing that I need to do to bring my site back up? If not then. how much longer before the server issues will be resolved?

Should be able to resolve this fairly quickly.
First, are you able to login to your cPanel account on Fris?
And, are your files still missing?
Any other errors / issues at this time?

I am still unable to log in to my cPanel account on Fris, and yes my files still seem to be missing. When I type the address of my website I get what i believe is a cPanel error page.

You can try it here http://arsenal360.x10hosting.com

Thank you for you help, I really hope this can be resolved quickly.
