My site is down?

I don't know if my site is down.
I don't what happen? Can someone please help me.

My public_html , public_ftp and the others gone.

I don't know why and how?
I got this problem in my 2 accounts.
WHY?!!!!

But don't take off my scripts.

Did your directories just disappear? I'd say file a support ticket.

Yes, I don't know why. I got this problem too in my other account.
But the issue in my other account is okay now.

Now, I got this problem AGAIN. : (
So can the admins or developers reset my cpanel but don't take away my files?
