my site is down

Hi i registered my account recently. today i installed wordpress blog using softaculous, but some hours later my blog is down and i can't enter on the cpanel.
What's happening? My blog not have no content still

I have this error

404 Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

I'm getting the exact same 404 error on my site, which had been working up until monday. I can login to cPanel, but it shows no files. I'm waiting for news from the admins. Maybe they're doing maintenance or something. My site is on Level.
