My site is getting constantly suspended.

Hello,
This is a snippet from the log:
Wed 11 Aug 2010 00:01:04 / 1281499264:
cpu: 56.000
mem: 0.300
ctm: 00:00:00
commands: (4 total)
At that time your account was using 56 % of one CPU (Limit is at 25% for a short period of time). Looks like the problem is within the forum, this file keeps coming up in the log: SCRIPT_FILENAME=/home/cPanelname/public_html/forums/mgc_cb_evo_ajax.php
However, after reviewing your account in order to see if I could help sort the issue I noticed that the vBulletin you are using is a nulled, illegal, copy. I have now permanently suspended your account.
