Go check your cpanel and see if your databases are still there. If not then maybe it was deleted. Or maybe the new server is down. ( i'm on the old server from what I under stand and it's up and running)

You must have had a script causing server stress or something that is illegal on your site. You should read the TOS.

I think you might have to apply again. Because once a site is terminated you can't bring it back. (this is when backups are handy -if you apply and get a site back-)
