My site is inaccessible

Hi Masters!

Recently I can't access my website. I can login to my account in x10hosting but once i click cpanel there, it's just showing blank page.

I too am unable to access my site. Can't even open cPanel. So far every attempt to access my site results in a HTTP 502 error. Also can't access FTP. Any update from x10hosting on the situation would be great!
