My site is lagging incredibly :(

OK first of all my forum on http://mariouniverse.co.cc using mybb has been lagging incredibly,
I can hardly even post on it and its always giving me a connection timed out when its loading the ACP so I can't even access that ATM,

My bandwidth usage is under 5% My disc space is about 20mb used up...
Please help me

Yeah, dealing with it on this side to. When I get a job here soon I will be moving to their $4.95 plan to ensure no downtime or issues any more.
