My site is not available

Hi, since I signed up for a free account, and the site is down almost all the time...

my site is in the exofire.net server... account http://undarkmetal.exofire.net

i've signed up just like 3-6 days ago, and, i'd like to bother you, as i'd like to keep my site up...

Your site is working, Now you need to go to your cPanel at http://undarkmetal.exofire.net:2082 login there, and go to the file manager.. Once here, delete the existing index.html file and upload your new site. After this, all should work. If you need anymore help, please let us know.

Nope, you're wrong, i already have done so, the problem is, that the server is almost all the time down, i cannot even login to cpanel... and that's why, my site isn't working...

just wanted to clarify, that everything is unavailable, i cannot access the site neither by ftp, nor http, the site works just a little time, and then it goes down, but i guess it's a server matter,

Your site works fine for me, make a html or php page called index.php or index.html and upload it, then you should see it. =D

yeah, it works sometimes, but, at this time, gmt -6 1209 pm, it is not working... i need to upload files, and i cannot.

it's a matter of the exofire server? would it change if i change my domain to another server?

Somebody can tell if this is always this way, at this time i cannot acces neither cpanel, neither ftp, nor mail, neither my website...
