My site is not being updated.

Hi everyone.
I deleted a folder on my site, but it is possible
Browser by accessing it as if it existed.
It is like some of the Cache Server Php
hospedage.
I've cleared the cache of my browser, but still.

I create other Folder, and File, but I can't access those on Browser *********** NEW

Has anyone experienced this, or know how to fix?

I can't really understand what you mean... You said you deleted and now you are complaining that you can't access? Of course they disappeared...
