my site is not opening

Every thing seemed to work fine uptill now but it seems that you people have stopped my site, I'm well aware of your policies and terms and conditions but it deems to disfavor me. Please let me know if it's anything i can do to sort this out, or if it isn't my fault then i request you guys to restore my website as usual.

I'm not sure what server you are on, but if you are on starka, it is currently experiencing some issues.
