After starka's reboot, my site is down. http://interg.x10.mx No ping either.

Maybe a DNS problem at X10hosting? Could you check that for me please?

Thanks.

Still having the same problem. I'm not able to access my site from the web, nor X10 Control Panel is letting me in. This is the error from the browser:

The webpage at http://interg.x10.mx/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Unknown if this matters, but pinging "interg.x10.mx" gives me: 69.175.120.122 with a time out.

Pinging "http://interg.x10.mx" gives: 69.175.6.102 with a steady reply.

Notice the 2 different ips?

Using the ips directly, allows me to reach:

69.175.6.102 - http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ <- Website specified does not exist.

69.175.6.122 - http://69.175.6.122/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi <-

If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:

If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:

The IP address has changed.
There has been a server misconfiguration.
The site may have been moved to a different server.
If you are the owner of this website and were not expecting to see this page, please contact your hosting provider.

...sorry for this extensive post, but I wanted to be clear on everything that is happening. I do run my school forum in there too, and right now is also down.

Thanks.

Can you get to your cPanel?

Your site is working.

is what I just saw.

Maybe your connection or your ISP. Try viewing your site via a proxy service.

Hi there.

Still I'm not getting replies from my site, nor a response from X10 staff, if some ip ranges from Mexico were banned from accessing X10.

My site (interg.x10.mx) can be accessed using a proxy (The Cloak) from the US.

This is the IP assigned by TELMEX (Mexican DSL company), while posting this message:

"... The Location of Your IP Address, 189.226.155.243, is:

CUERNAVACA, MORELOS - MX ..."

This happened just after the problem with Starka was fixed.

Could you guys check if perhaps some mexican IP ranges were banned in your firewall?

Thanks.
