Issue solved but it's not gunna help you anymore.

Your Tips and Tricks section has 2 pieces of blatant warez in it: SpeedConnect Full Version, and SmartMovie 4 with loader. The second one's been on there since the 22nd so it's clear you aren't watching what your users are posting (or don't care, or are condoning it), and right in the topic itself the poster admits he cracked it himself.

This is now a permanent suspension with no possibility of getting the account back. Period.
