My site is not working

Hi. Until yesterday in the morning mi site

http://flashbackuptool.co.cc/

was working, but at the night simply was offline. But now, each time i try to access, activates a download (ug4qDSNH.part). What can i do? I'm trying to start a new little software business with a backup tool, but now I'm not sure if it's possible send that web site link to my clients. My fear is get in shaming situations with them because of web site fall offline at any (and unexpected) time.

I have invested a lot of hours setting up this site...
