my site is not working

My site is http://ejse.x10hosting.com/.

My cpanel username: chela
My cpanel address: http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082

It says unable to connect now it has been like this for fewdays

Starka is no more, all accounts on starka were moved onto the new chopin server.

for cPanel: http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082

Currently there's maintenance on that server, accounts from old chopin is being transfered, during this the load may go high causing it to be temporary inaccessible.

I'll look into if there's something server side.
