My site is not working..?

I created a WordPress site from a template which was working just fine this morning. But now that I try to access it gives me an error - 'expired energy when you attempt to connect to e-pallet.x10.bz.' How come? Does it have to do with the cron job that I had programmed on the server? Any feedback would be much appreciated.. Thank you..
