My site is not working

I don't know what happened to the Boru server after the upgrade. For the past two weekes I cannot access my site (www.arteinsight.com). I keep receiving the "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. " message. I have 2 parked domains that seem not to be working, since I can access the site if I use arteinsight.x10hosting.com. What do I do? I also lost my database, which is not good,. What is going on???

Hello,

Regarding your two parked domains, how do you have them pointed to us? I see you're using your own DNS. When I ping the domains neither currently resolve to our servers.

Please list the databases that are missing so we may restore them from backups.

I believe I found what the issue was with the parked domains. I have my domain at GoDaddy and I had to reset the nameservers back to the x10hosting ones. Now I have to wait and see if that solves the issue.

My database name is emaildata. If you can help on that it would be awesome.

Your website is working fine for me at the present time. Try clearing your browser cache and try again. If you are still having issues post back and we will assist you farther.

Thanks Carl. I just notice that is fixed now. However, I am still waiting for my database to be restored. Thanks again.

Your database has been restored, you may need to re-add and re-assign a user to it. Please re-open this thread if you need further assistance.
