Hi,

My site: yiomishnayot.elementfx.com is no longer working. I received the error message that "Domain does not exist." I attempted to re-register the site, since I only use it to redirect to a different elementfx site, but I still receive the same error message. Furthermore, I cannot access Cpanel through this account.

Thank you

Hi,

My cPanel is also not working (I can't log in to it) and after several posts on this forum nobody was able to help me. It has been approximately 3 weeks since I asked for help. This is trully terrible service...

Good luck!

Your site, or rather your account, is working fine. There is only an index page available at the moment, probably because you haven't uploaded or installed anything yet.

The error pages tend to be "sticky" in caches. Try clearing your browser's history/cache entries for your site and restarting your browser (just to ensuure that the cache session is killed). If that doesn't help, you may be running into an ISP-level cache (ISPs often use caching in their system to make page loads faster).

As for cPanel, if you tried to log in with bad credentials (your old, terminated account) and failed five times within five minutes, your IP address would have been blocked at the firewall. You may have to enter another thread/ticket specifically mentioning the IP block in order to get that cleared; most of the support volunteers don't have enough access to clear it for you, so a ticket that catches the eye of someone with the proper access might be a better idea.

Do keep in mind that you need to keep your account active by logging into your account portal at http://x10hosting.com/portal/ at least once every 30 days or it will be suspended (and if it remains suspended for more than 14 days, it will be terminated again).

Thank you. I didn't realize that I had to log on to the portal in addition to the forums. Thankfully I didn't have real data on this account.

You're right - my IP address must be blocked since I was able to access it through a VPN. Appreciate the assistance.
