My site is still down

My site is still down. Plain and simple. I had read that server transitions were taking place over the weekend. My site @ http://drwhotht.x10hosting.com/ and control panel @ http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ are unavailable, despite what the server status update page says. I have my wordpress database backed up but can't export anything else off the site until a database connection can be re-established. As far as I can tell all of my files are there by FTP.

I just want to know if something catastrophic has occurred.

The Starka server got a new IP address and it can take up to 78 hours to the DNS to propagate.

The servers need to change IP address. They could be unavailable for some time.
