If you haven't gotten any responses, it likely means that (1) your problem is being looked into and it's taking longer than expected, or (2) you were rude and disrespectful, and thus will receive no support. You are free members, and x10Hosting support staff members have no obligation to act as your slaves.

I looked up some information regarding your CO.CC domain and it appears as if everything is set-up properly and the nameservers are correct.
