My site is still down?

Okay,I am becoming increasingly frustrated with my hosting on this site. My website: http://www.fantasyfooty.co.cc is still no up and it has been over a month since it went down. My username is KMRock and I have filed a support ticket and still had no help. Please...someone!

I have exactly the same problem, and support have not replied through the ticket system

I have contacted staff using the support system recently due to some of my own miscellaneous stuff I wanted to talk about, and I have gotten prompt, proper responses. If you haven't gotten any responses, it likely means that (1) your problem is being looked into and it's taking longer than expected, or (2) you were rude and disrespectful, and thus will receive no support. You are free members, and x10Hosting support staff members have no obligation to act as your slaves.

I took a look at your site and it says that there's a Bad Request. I looked up some information regarding your CO.CC domain and it appears as if everything is set-up properly and the nameservers are correct. Log into your account panel and check to see if your domain name is set properly. This can be done at the following link:

Your main account domain should be set as fantasyfooty.co.cc.

A couple of other possible reasons you might still be waiting for your ticket to be seen are ;

--If you bump, or add to your tickets, it sends them to the bottom of the queue again (oldest tickets are seen first).

--It depends which section you file your ticket in. I'm sure those problems relating to Back-up & Restores are still in a holding pattern at the moment, due to issues Corey mentioned in his News updates.
