My site is still running slow

well its the http service starting and stopping really rapidly and nedren was too "lazy" last night to fix it, since WHM sucks when it tries to restart services and the staff account can not do anything to services in SSH.

I'm not lazy you n00b. I got the servers load down < 1, and then started HTTP back up.

server is backing up, but it is too slow and even slower than yesterday, here is my web site status that you can see how slow my web site is running:

It seems we have some members abusing the service Let me remind you; We do not allow proxies, or hosting copyrighted music or software. If we find these on your site you will most likely be terminated without question. Doing a quick search in SSH I can already see atleast 10 sites running proxies.

Lol, I don't have even know how to run a proxy so you don't have to worry about me.

(by the way, how long do these warnings last again? seems like i've had that warning by my name forever. I can't find that warning page...)

EDIT: I found the warning page, right above my name, Also, now it doesn't say Warning Level 5 but just "Warnings: 1" Is that gonna be there forever?
