My site is suspended

My site is suspended due to inactivity, I was bit busy last two weeks due to Christmas.
But I haven't got any notificstion mails even though it is displayed on my Cpanel.
I have double checked my contact information email notification address everything is correct, but I have never received any kinds of notifications or any mails from the x10.
Is there anything problem in my side or something wrong with notification system?

I hope I can get my site back online.

Will escalate to a Support Ticket since JM shows you unsuspended yet your URL still shows the Suspension page.

This will close this thread, but you can follow the Support Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top or by logging on to the Account Management Panel.
