My Site Is Terminated

I just got a reply back from the Support Forms. Now, I know I sign on as often as I can so it cannot be suspended. Now I want my site back up I don't want to have to sign up again and have to wait 24 hours for a password. Surely this isn't the way you treat all your customers.

If it's suspended I'm sure you can get it unsuspended. If it's terminated you will have to wait for the signup quene. Submit a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com

You are not alone. Many people's accounts are experiencing problems with logging into Cpanel and their sites are down. Your site is most probably not terminated as x10 is currently upgrading and this has caused some disturbances but post a support ticket at: http://support.x10hosting.com and the problem should be fixed shortly.
