My Site Isnt Working

My site is working in the sense of fttp and the cpanel. however when i go to my site it says UNDER CONSTRUCTION still. is there anything i can do. or does Corey have to do this. please help

Did you put in a ticket to have your site backed up before the server wipe happened ?
