Well why did i not think of that 
...i did changed the php to 5.6 to check some pre installed mods which don't work anymore since
the transfer from Prime to free hosting.
I have forgotten to switch back to the default php settings
.
I am super happy that you found the problem because i started to go over all my files folders to trying to find the problem....you saved me a lot of time @Anna thank you,also many thanks to @garrettroyce and @spacresx for the help much appreciated guys.
