As i m using your service.. I think This is your best service..Meanwhile I m unable to open my site as said earlier that your database server are shifting..
Is this problem also arise in paid services..??
The most important to know when your recover this maintainance..?? Any aproximate tym..!

There is no eta set for moves as far as I know and how do you know mysql servers are being moved.

Accounts are being moved
from server, you can read about it in news and announcement section.

Paid hosting is not being affected by the current issues.
