my site problems ??

I erased my site and reinstalled that, but i can't install that. When i access to my site
http://ipmac.x10hosting.com/moodle
and nothing happens and i have to download a html file ??
I installed successfully once time. Because today, i can't access to my site and decide to reinstall it
Please, Administrators check my account
My account upgraded to v2 for 2 months
my Acc: ipmac
