My site wasn't created

I went to instantly activate my site and I got the email and lclicked the conformation link, but my site hasn't been created (its 3 hours later). I went and tried to reregister it and it says the name is taken. I registered:

ipbsource.x10hosting.com

username: ipb

Due to the server problem average account creation time is 15-20 days after the link is pressed.

Wow....thats terrible. Can someone go and create my account then?

No because everything is being done in a particular way. And disturbing that could mean that it will take even longer to create accounts. Also if they did make yours now don't you think everybody else will have a cry because they created your and not theirs?

Simply be patient and wait.
