I set up a new site recently, and last night I uploaded the HTML files. The site was working just fine last night, but today it will not load. The address is http://govtrans.x10hosting.com/
I'm not really sure what to do, but it is a school project and I need it live today so I wanted to see what you recommend.
Initially it would not load at all, but now it looks like some elements of the main page are loading, but not all of them. Links on the page also are not working (though everything did work last night).
