My site won't work ( please help!)

I made a website using dolphin and it worked fine last week but now it displays this:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I did'nt change any files since the last time I log in to my account. The address of my site is dbjul.x10hosting.com/dbster

Please upgrade your PHP version to intermediate:
http://x10hosting.com/login <-- Use your FORUM user\pass. On the bottom left there is an option to upgrade.
