Same issue here, and my account is also on server @ x11.
Came on here to make my own thread, but found yours first. Guess we have to wait it out.

Ok, I found a workaround for this! Open this URL in your browser. Replace "x11" with a different number if you are on a different server.

https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/

Username is 8 characters. In the screenshot in the OP, it's "ciktnuum". Password is the same one you always use.

Worked for me too with username instead of email, tks. but i get the message "account is disbaled" what to do? how to unsuspend it?
